When can you expect delivery?

Allow 10 working days from the time we receive your order for UPS to deliver your order. If you do not receive anything within 3 weeks, please contact us or call us Mon. - Fri. 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, and Sat. 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST at (518) 461-8734. To check on your order, the operator will need the date of your order, your order number, the items ordered, the total amount and the form of payment.

Additional Shipping Charges

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands add $5.00. Add $25.00 for each add-a-mat ordered.

U.S. Oversized Package Charges:

• Wavemasters®, BOB®, Versaflex, Everlast® Free Standing Bag ordered add $35.00
• 40lb Heavy Bag, 50lb UFC® Grappling Dummy add $15.00

Returns Policy:

New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.

To return any merchandise, customer needs to complete the exchange/return form on the backside of the packing slip that came with the shipment. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Shipping and handling charges will apply to all merchandise returned for exchange. Customer’s credit card provided at the time of purchase will be charged.
