What information do we gather?
When you order from our web site, we collect the following information: your name, telephone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), products purchased, and the recipient's name, address and telephone number. Information you enter is collected even if you cancel or do not complete an order. Also, if you register as a customer, we request your name, address, phone number, email address, and other information set forth on the My Account Page.
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.
To return any merchandise, customer needs to complete the exchange/return form on the backside of the packing slip that came with the shipment. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., U.S.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and handling charges will apply to all merchandise returned for exchange. Customerís credit card provided at the time of purchase will be charged.
